Hi guys, I have submitted the PR application on March 2018 and now waiting for the result.
Can you guys help me to evaluate the chance of getting it?

Qualification: BSc (from Canada), graduated in 2015
Nationality: Malaysian
Time of residence: 3 years (I was on EP, the TEP and back to EP)
Age: 26 year old
Profession: Research works in university

Is my chance of getting it low?

You have a decent chance. Even if you dont get it on the first attempt, you will eventually get it.

Pi x 10%.

My overly simplified guide to getting PR on the first attempt based on watching this forum:
[*]Malaysian Chinese married to a citizen -> really good
[*]Anyone else married to a citizen -> LTVP and try again in a few years
[*]Malysian chinese of "breeding age" -> maybe
[*]Most others - > really bad

From everything I have read, it is really hard to get in on the first attempt and you put in the first application to get through the process of putting in the next one and hoping the second application is good.
I have not been through the process so this is based on what I have seen here.

hey guys now i am going into my 7 months of waiting. wondering if the chance is getting slimmer my gf is a singaporean and we are thinking of getting rom. i wanted to do that after getting my PR but my gf suggested we can rom first then apply because my chance of getting might actually get higher.

Pi x 10% = 0.31415926535% (about 1/3rd of 1% chance) according to PNGMK

Normally if it takes longer, chances are getting hire. Hope you get it.

And who told you that? Length of time has no correlation to approval or rejection. If you have read enough threads here you would already know that.
