Passport, IC, NS enlistment related questions

Hope everyone is doing great. I left the little red dot two years ago. How time flies! I do miss the tropical weather and the Eagles gatherings

Anyway, here is my current issue:
I applied to renew my Re-entry permit recently, and was only granted for one year (Uh-oh!).
I'm divorced. Granted full custody and total care and control of my Singaporean son.
My question to all the wise men/women here, if I am no longer a
PR, can a 'foreigner' parent renew Singaporean passport for her Singaporean child? Same goes to applying SG IC, exit permit (how does the bond work?) and completing the enlistment registration process?
