Hi,

My agent applied for E pass at 02/10/2018 and we resubmit my degree certificateat at 10/10/2018. But still, the status showing pending. Can anybody tell me why this delay?

Why agent and not your employer?

He's probably being shopped. He might have to wait for a while to get his pass if he's using an agency. Is he paying the agency or is his employer paying the agent?

I attended the video call interview and shortlisted. But remaining work is done by my agent only. Maybe the applied through some employee. But my application still showing pending. This is first time I applied for E Pass.

21 days to 3 months. It depends on various factors.
