How to wash a good quality human hair wig and what kind of shampoo / conditioner should be used?

Hey, I'm a new user, so I can't give you any links or brand names just not to get banned.
But you can use any shampoo that you are using for your own hair, and try not to wash the wig too often. I'd say give it at least 2 weeks. That worked for me pretty well.

That is right and if you got the wig recently in a store, ask them for their professional opinion.

Simply drizzle some conditioner onto the hair, then gently finger-comb it. If your wig is a lace front wig or a ventilated wig, take care to avoid the wig cap.
