any tried & tested experience for eye brow trimming

Any recommendations?
Well, my current package is with a so called professional in a neighbourhood beauty salon who has been working there as a Manager/Senior Beauty Therapist. I took up packages from her since 2006, been continuing my packages. Recently, she keeps pushing her colleague to do for me instead. I then understood from her colleague that she is no longer working there as a permanent employee.
Never did I expect such. I felt 'betrayed', to think I have been a loyal customer but yet such actually could happened.
Any recommendations?
