Credit Card Points

There is an offer from Citi where I can pay $288 for 28223 bonus Citi Miles (I meet all the other criteria such as minimum spend)
I really dont do much with my Credit Card points or miles as I normally fly on discounted fares which is better value than the programs.
My question is - Is it worth it?
I often change points to Best vouchers as booking with points is often challenging.
Thoughts or suggestions?

Seems a good deal if you like to fly biz class for personal travel (less so for economy class though). Typically a $3000 r/t ticket in SQ biz class will cost 70-80k frequent flyer miles on award redemption. Derating slightly because award tickets don't earn miles, that's still about 4c/mile. Typically when renewing a card, if you pay the annual fee (instead of getting it waived) you get bonus miles as the rate of 2c/mile. So if you are getting the bonus miles at 1c/mile, its a good deal if you'll use them
