Dentist recommendation for implant that is less expensive

Hi all,
So a few days ago one of my teeth seared right off at the gum line (I had a root canal done a couple of years ago on that tooth and its now broken off). Dentist says I dont have any immediate problem, like gum disease etc. but in the slightly longer term I would like to have an implant (false tooth) put in.
Thing is it appears to be crazy expensive in SG for implants. I was quoted around $4000 for one tooth.
Does anyone else know any decent dentists in SG that are cheaper I can look into (there are a lot of dentists in SG!) or I've even considering flying to another country cos of the cost.
