Is this a good offer?

Hi everyone. I'm being offered a job that pays 8,000 sing dollars (gross). This is a one-month contract and they say they still need to find out whether the social security is included.

-How much will my net pay be?
-Will it make a big difference whether social security is included or not? -Are there any schemes for employees who are paid without social security?
-I'm looking at staying in Sing. There's a risk I won't even be able to look for a job while I work. Once my contract expires, will I fall back onto a social visit pass?

Thanks for your answers....
Nicolas

Hi, I am also foreigner working in Singapore.

If you are referring to taxes, you will not be taxed if you are in singapore less than 60 days. Please visit the inland revenue site if you like more details, www.iras.gov.sg

hope this helps
