For women here in Singapore the solution is much simpler. Just get your face out of your phone.

I've heard of the advantages of Eye guasha treatment. Have tried it twice so far sporadically but maybe more regular interval needed to achieve desired results. But definitely try to get enough sleep every night. I make it a goal to sleep before midnight! :)

How to get rid of Panda Eyes

1. Apply a cold compress. Coldness will help reduce the blood vessels under your eyes that may be contributing to puffiness and dark circles.
2. Try cucumber slices. Cucumbers have a number of healing properties, including a restorative and healing effect on skin.
3. Use green tea bags.

The simplest, cheapest way I know of is to freeze a metal spoon. The rounded shape of the spoon is perfectly fits the contours of the eye, while the metal allows the spoon to get incredibly cold, making for a cheap and effective cold compress.
