I have a friend, she used to always take birth control that result her having difficulties to get pregnant. Dr mention that the chances are very slim. She love kids and always wanting to have one.

Any suggestion or ideas that able to help her with it?

Is she overweight?

You should ask her and her husband to see an reproductive endocrinologist in singapore. they would advise on what to do next.

Ask the Husband to check sperm quality?

That can be a big concern

BBCDoc, boy could I tell you a story! I now have two grandsons. But yeah, a low sperm count cannot be ruled out, that's for sure. And guys are loath to admit that or ED. But they brag about Vasectomies, go figure! LOL

Whenever they go to a gynae for fertility issues, semen analysis is one of the test that is done at the very early stage.

BBCDoc, Good spot. Sometime we miss 'em if regulars post responses before we see them as the no longer hit our last post view. I reckon she might be a spammer as well, considering she's posting from Algeria! I just bombed her off the planet (or at least the forum).
