Doctor jobs in singpore

Hello
I am graduated doctor from unrecognized university .I got M.B.BS. and master degree in microbiology. I want to know if i want to work as a doctor in SG...how should i do? And if i want to work as a teaching assistant in medical college of SG..can i apply for it and would require SMC approval for teaching job for doctor who from unrecognized medical university.please kindly see and reply me.thanks alot
