Subletting agreement not signed, can leave early

Hi All,
The main tenant posted an ad for an available room on FB, I took the shared room from him in a
condominium.
But
I've not signed the subletting Agreement. Can I leave early?

Is he even authorised to sublet.just disappear I would say lol.

If not agreement has been signed. If there's no consent from LL to even sublet. This is consider legal sublet.

No Contract agreement and Stamp duty is considered as illegal sublet

Under the law is considered illegal sublet!
