Telegraphic Transfer UOB

Not in Singapore anymore.
Need to transfer funds from UOB account above the daily threshold.
Called the bank and the call centre says I need to come back to SG to authorise the transfer.
I explained that I normally would but in these times of travel restrictions, I am unable to travel to SG.
Surely UOB would have measures online to increase the threshold but no.
Any ideas or suggestions appreciated.
