Tinder and Badoo are two genuine sites I've heard of. The scammers are easy to spot and seem to target the ladies.
I have a friend who was looking for a partner and I'd help vet the potentials. English not being her first language made it a little more difficult for her to spot scammers. To me it was obvious. My advice, avoid American servicemen, they were all scams.
She did end up finding someone but not from either of those sites.

have tried those kind of app, just asking me to pay to buy gifts, who knows if the girl there are real or not.
I could only see the real girl and then buy them gift, but these app keep asking me to buy gift to those girl I have not met.

Don't waste your money buying gifts for someone you've not met, think that's how the app makes money.

The girls or the apps ask you to buy gifts? The two apps I mentioned are free to use and you can message without buying gifts.
Another app is Blendr which I think is just a window into Badoo. This one is (perhaps was) free to use but with some options to buy enhanced services. Several years back a friend was looking at setting up something similar and Blendr was his model. I've lost touch with him but his gf convinced him he should get into another line.
