I am on extension till 11 aug. My EP is still in pending state which was applied on 22 June. I have already asked for extension for non available of flight which i have been got for 10 days till 11 Aug. MOM mentioned to send me before 31 Aug anyhow and MOM can assist if employee will not able to find flight.
My concern is if I go back to India then it would be very difficult to come back because of covid and other formalities.
I just want to know about further extension. Can MOM extend it further if I make excuse that my pass is in pending state. Also, please let me know what are the penalties in terms of fine and other things can be imposed for over staying?

You don't want to over stay. That may result in a permanent ban. If you have a pending EP then continue to push for an extension of your SVP until the EP is either issued or rejected.
