Query related to Applicant declaration in PR Application

Hello,
I am filling offline PR application form and I came across below clause under declaration by applicant.
Has any one of the applying persons included in this application ever entered Singapore using other travel documents and different particulars ?
I just recently renewed my India passport with no change in personal particulars (new passport was issued exactly as per information in old passport) except having new passport number, 'Singapore' as place of issue and with updated validity details. My last entry into Singapore was with old passport which has been cancelled now.
I am confused should I need to say Yes or No here.
Can someone please advise me on this ?
