myMOM Portal EP application status check

Hi
Does anyone know how to check the EP application status? I understand that there is a new portal to apply for EP applications, which doesn't reflect on EP Online.
Any idea how to check the EP application status if its applied via myMOM Portal?

This is the one:

You will need to know:
FIN & Date of Application, OR
Travel Document No. & Date of Birth, OR
FIN & Date of Birth

Can we check the status here irrespective of where is applied from. My employer has not provided FIN number to me, and this site too asks for fin. Can I check with just passport and DOB?

Yes, you can check with passport & DOB, but will need someone with FIN/ NRIC number as the requester on the first page.
