Can get PR without DP

Last 4 years i am holding EP in Singapore and now planning to apply for PR. But my wife and new born baby is not having a valid DP. Can I include them in my application? Or i need to wait until they get the DP? Is there any restrictions that they need dp for add them in my application?

I don't think it is required for your family to be DP to include them in your PR application.
Some even get their family approved while they are still overseas.
