EP expired during PR application

Hi everyone,
My EP expired on 19/2/2019, which is today. However, my renewal has been approved this week and I still waiting for my IPA to be issued. Therefore, currently the pass I holding will be expired by today. May I ask, if I currently have PR application on pending, will it has any effect the PR application even when my EP renewal has been approved (but still need to wait for physical IPA letter and get the new pass from MOM)?
