Hi all,

Was wondering what experience people have had with applying for an EP in Feb/Mar this year.

I'm almost 2 weeks into the wait so fingers crossed it works out soon. Anyone had any unexpected delays?

EP applied for 23rd Feb and approved 11th March. So all going well that's just over a 2 week wait. Good luck to anyone applying!

My EP applied by employer on 8 march, what will.be the probable approval date?

My EP was applied on 9 March, according to MOM if the submission is online, it will be within 3 weeks.

My EP applied on 4 February but the status still showing as pending as of today

Mine just got approved. On a 10 th day.

Can I know through which company/ agency you have applied for the EP. I heard optimum and Nityo are in MOM watchlist and getting EP through them is quite complicated now

Sorry due to privacy concerns... can’t share the company details but I am just wondering from where did you hear that Optimum and Nityo are in Mom watchlist?

I saw news last year that MOM placed 1200+ companies on fair consideration framework (FCF) watchlist but they didn’t release the company details. Few of them already exited from FCF list and rest are still in MOM checklist.

Now let’s consider if our new companies is in MOM checklist then by this time Isn’t our EP would have been rejected ?

Current situation is tense for me because I am currently serving notice period and no other new company in Singapore will take interview as my EP already in process.

so here if my EP is not approved in this month then I have to leave Singapore with my family next month with no job in hand.
