Hi everyone!

Hope everyone is doing well and staying safe.

I want to ask people who applied for PR application recently. I'm not sure where I saw it but it was stated that the waiting time for reply is usually about 4 to 6 months. But two of my friends waited for a year to get a reply and they both were unsuccessful in their attempts even though they have been living in Singapore for like 6 years. I know it is very difficult to get SPR nowadays. That's why I want to find out what your experience is like.

So my questions are:
1) How long did you have to wait to get a response from ICA?

2) What is the outcome of your application?

Currently it stands anywhere from 6 months to 25 months and the length of time has absolutely no bearing on the eventual success or failure of the application. Fact.

My previous rejection came fast within 5-6 months, an application before that took 9 months plus also came as rejection.

My current application is pending for almost full 7 months now. (8th month pending will start next week. ).

I have applied at least 5 times and never waited longer than 11 months.

Ahh I see. It sounds pretty tough. Now, I am more concerned. Thank you for your input. Wish you all the best with your application!
