Main applicant has obtained Annex A. But in the list of documents to upload, there’s nothing for it.
How do we upload it and the other 2?

Hello, what do do with these documents?
Instructions are all in here, it is available to download right before first step of PR application… (Hint, look at page 5)

Same way we upload Form 4A? I actually tried it and it complained that it’s “Wrong / incomplete file uploaded.”

Did you even make it all the way to Page 14 of the instructions? You upload supporting documents close to the end, right before payment.

Before that you have to upload the application form with all the biodata, see Page 5 & 6 of instructions.

Read all the instructions carefully before you attempt to upload anything. It’s quite straightforward.

Thank you for your "kind" answers! There is no screenshot of "upload IRAS consent form" on page 14, so I was a bit confused, hence this post. There’s definitely an improvement that ICA can make on the “step by step guide”. Obviously there are missing steps.

I hope for a better QnA in this forum without people reading about how upset you guys are with stupid questions.

Because different applicants are required to upload different things. Hence why the step by step guide by ICA is generic and not very specific. They already said on Page 4 “The information shown in this section may differ” aka different people submit different stuff.

If you have followed the steps all the way to page 14 & 15, you will see that they will request for you to upload the IRAS form amongst other things. It may not be what you see in the guide, but it will be there.

We aren’t being unhelpful, we are frustrated because the guide is already given to you and you have to try it out. If you need to hand-held from point A to all the way to point Z, that is saying something. Many applicants before you have no issue with the process.

Page 5 already clearly says you download the PR application form. Then you upload the same PR application form, not any other form. That’s why you get an error message when you try to upload the IRAS form. It’s already very clear cut.
