33yo Brit here. I’ve only been here for a few months, but I would also like to grow a friendship circle.

I don’t mind meeting for a drink either, but similarly with a young child I don’t really have the opportunity to go all in very much!

I’m all the way out east in Tampines so I can do central but won’t be great if you want to meet up without advance notice!
