Singapore Expats

Hi everyone

Hope someone can shed some light on this.
I'm currently trying to apply for a Vaccinated Travel Pass so I can go in a Vaccinated Travel Lane. I'm up to the point where I need to upload my Vaccination QR code but it won't accept it.
My vaccination is Dutch and I've had both doses a couple of months ago. It's an EU Digital Covid certificate which they say they is now accepted. It asks for two QR codes for each vaccination, but there is only one to show I've had both shots. If I try upload the entire certificate it comes back with an error.

Anyone have any issues or have got this to work from the EU?

If you’re stuck, I’d recommend just sending an email to the Safe Travel team and see what they come back with.

Thanks. Time is of the essence as I need to pick up my IPA by the 15th of November and my flight is next Sunday. I wasn't told this before but apparently, it's not guaranteed I can get a spot.

they have given me "window" to fly of only 7 days (7-14 Nov) from UK. How about you? I thought it was 30 days but I was wrong.

If it makes you feel better, prior to VTL I got my approval to fly the day before our flight from LHR.

I haven't even got that far coz I'm stuck on the QR code/Vaccine certificate. By the time it get's resolved, i might have lost my window to pick up my IPA..

IPA it's not in principle it is either yes or no to entry, I believe.

Just keep emailing them. That’s what I did.
