Hi,

I want to know whether an EP/Work pass obtained though ICT route can bring his/her dependants from India. Whether the CECA/FTA between India and Singapore helps. Can anyone shares his/her experience of bring dependants from India being an ICT EP.

Are you deliberately trying to provoke a fight?

The short answer though is yes even though the gahmen will deny it if asked.

Your company should be able to apply for Dependant pass if your basic salary is above the threshold set by the gahmen.

Being an ICT or direct hire is irrelevant.

ICT is relevant in terms of ease of obtaining an EP in the first instance. He will have red carpet.
