As an EP holder, if I lose my job is there any way that I can remain here in Singapore to continue living with my long-term girlfriend (also EP holder, not married, joint tenancy contract on our apartment together) or would I be forced to leave the country without her?

You can only stay on here on a valid visa or permit, so yes, you will have to leave. Doesn't matter that you have a tenancy agreement in your name - that's not going to give you any right of residence.

Thanks. Yes I knew a tenancy agreement doesn't give right of residence but more the fact of my long term partner being on an EP and us being together. Is there something like a DP for those who aren't married?

Nope, not unless you have provable de facto/common law marriage in you country of origin. Otherwise you are out of luck. If you can get a letter of attestation of your common law status from your embassy you may be able to get a LTVP but it will have to be sponsored by your employer and most are hesitant to do that unless there is a legal connection between the couple.
