There has been quite a few changes in the cooling measures once again...

Definitely targeting at 2nd, 3rd properties for PR and SC and foreigners and corporate entities

Good way to cool demand to ensure that demand is not inflated but rather is genuine and that property purchased is occupied rather than left empty.
