Work holiday pass application

Hi everyone
I would like to ask if anyone has recently applied for the work holiday pass and was rejected?
I applied mine 2 weeks ago and am still waiting for the approval (they said it usually takes 3 weeks). However my employer is asking if I will take the offer and I need to reply them soon, so wanted to check whether the 2000 quota has been filled and if someone was rejected recently.
