Yes, I did feel the sway and saw hanging items swaying too. I’m on the 14th floor in the Holland area.

My wife and helper were home at the time and didn’t feel it… just me. Good God, it must have been hot as hell. In crisis situations I’m always torn between following protocol with the masses or just hopping on an elevator. During the incident at the World Trade Center (NYC, not the one in SG - which changed its name after), there was one guy who saw everyone jammed into the stairwells and the elevators were free, decided to just take his chances and walked out to the building 2 minutes later... I kinda wanna be that guy! And honestly, the stairwells were not exactly safer in that moment - speed was a factor.
