Appeal Rejected PR - Job change worth appealing

Hi!

My family recently got our PR application rejected.

My spouse will be taking on another role with another company in a few weeks time. This means a change of EP (new job, new company) and increase in salary (+ 15%).

Is it worth for us to appeal with this change in circumstances?

Not going to make a big difference. Outcome will again be the same

You cannot appeal with info that is dated after the original application submission date. You need to file a new application and in most cases, they will almost certainly not look at it until you have waited two years. (albeit, there have been rare occasions but unless you are something that the country doesn't have, you probably will not stand a chance on that).

thank you both for your feedback.

@sundaymorningstaple: You mention two years, is that from the date of the application or when the outcome of the application was given?

Another question: Would the birth of another child be a reason for either appeal or do a new application?

Very subjective. if your entire family is not PR yet - wont make a difference
but if you are married to a SC - may be yes ?
