Any from commonwealth towers? I see a lot of listings for commonwealth towers in this market when it is difficult to get an apartment. Are there any problems with the building?

Maybe the layout is quite small and saturated in that area? The different condos and HDBs seem quite packed closely together. Also, there are 845 units and 40% are 400-500 sq ft and 14% are 600-700 sq ft so that makes it almost half of the 845 are the small units so there could be quite a huge competition in the rentals. So that's why you see quite a number of listings, albeit some owners also have multiple agents.
