Inquiry on Singapore PR Application

Hello,
I submitted an PR application about 1 year ago, and I put my wife and son on the application together. This morning I found that the status has been updated to "Approved" only for my son and myself - my wife's status still shows "Pending". Has anyone heard of this type of case? Like 1 or 2 family members' status hasn't been updated although others status have been updated to "Approved".
I am not sure whether I need to check it with ICA by sending an email or better wait for a couple of more days for the update.
Please advise, and thanks a lot in advance!
