Any reason why not? I think fermenting it at home is too much of a hassle, don’t have the time or the patience. Also seems like it would take up quite a bit of counter space. Isn’t amazonfresh the cashless amazon supermarket? I believe none of the health benefits claimed has been ever verified in any human based trial. So it is sort of like saying it would prevent cancer because the cancer cells in kombucha do not proliferate.
I see pretty decent variety of kombucha at Amazon Fresh but the price is not that friendly (basically price of beer).
Perhaps you’re not yet used to the punchy taste of fresh Kombucha, so the bottled stuff is more palatable. I get it, but you should really give the ones on tap a try. I STRONGLY recommend the raspberry Passionfruit kombucha from The Source (not scoop) wholefoods. I actually ordered 2 bottles of different kinds after our discussion. They were clearly diluted comparing to what my wife normally gets with the home made approach. On the other hand seem less sour and by this more likable at least for my palate.
