Seeing as how you are registering from a US East Coast IP address, the best answer would be "how long is a piece of string?"
Seriously the whole world is in a state of flux and you expect an online forum to have timelines for items that fluctuates from month to month and is not released by the government ministries at all?
Tell you what, as this is a free forum and nobody is paid for their time here, I give you this link to start with so you can draw your own conclusions with a modicum of effort on your part instead of making others do what it freely available to all......

Who paid the agents' fee? You or the End User?
Who hired the agent? You or the or the Employer?
Who is the sponsor of the EP? The Agent or the Employer?
That will tell everybody on here whether you are working for the employer or working for a bodyshop and being seconded to the employer.

Currently it can take from 2 or 3 days to up to around 6 weeks to get approved.
