Hi guys i just finished my exam and got my results in July. My degree conferment is august but I have already received a letter from my university stating that I have met all requirements and will be given the cert in august. Is this letter enough to apply for EP? I heard you cant put in a future graduation date so can i put it as July?

Wait until you receive your graduation cert. Or not, but prepared for the additional time you will waste because of lack of patience after you start a volley of correspondence that could cost you a lot of time. Don't be crazy, go get a pizza and relax. Good things come to those who wait and follow the numbers.
