Advice Needed: IPA Expires before first available EPSC appointment.

Hi Everyone, I hope you're having a great day.
I have been given an IPA for the Work Holiday Visa Programme and have entered Singpore last Saturday (24th). On Monday (26th) I had my medical assessment, and I recieved the results later that day. Today I have tried to book an appointment to have my pass issued but have encounted an issue.
My IPA expires on the 6th of the October and the earliest appointment I am able to book wit the EPSC is on the 10th of October, by then my IPA will have expired. The validity of my IPA has already been extended once. I wasn't able to enter Singapore earlier on account of difficulties finding accommodation. I did not expect the appointments for getting the pass issues to be booked out for 2 weeks..
I'm hoping someone will be able to advise me what I should do. Is there anyone I can contact? I appreciate any help you're able to give me.
