Hello all!
I would like to ask how many times can an employer appeal to MOM after an S pass rejection?

Just a little background, I have checked the Self Assessment Tool on the MOM website and got a go with my spass application. My employer applied for the pass and got a rejection after 7 days. They have adjusted my given salary to meet the requirements for the pass and got the rejected result the following day. Now they called MOM again and was told an officer was going to get in touch with them within 3 days.

Any thoughts on what is the reason for the rejection? And how many times can an employer appeal with MOM?

This, above, was the problem. It means your employer applied with a lower than acceptable salary, then adjusted it to get approved.

MOM may get the impression that your employer is screwing you over by paying you lesser and taking it back under the table. This has been done over and over again in the past.

Your best bet is to apply at some other employer. Your employer could very likely get on a watchlist.
