Need some advice from plant experts here, I bought several bigger plant pots and repotted the plants which included yellow palm, pandan and a few others. After re-potting, their leaves turned brown and started to look a bit withered. Are there ways to nurse them back?

When the leaves turn brown, it's because the plant is losing too much water, and is unable to replenish it in time. You have probably moved your plants into pots that are too large and failed to increase the amount of water appropriately. Typically, plants are only considered watered when water begins to seep through the bottom of the pot, because then you know the water has reached the very bottom of the soil Where the roots are.
