EP issued to British citizen says 'Multiple Journey Visa: NO'

Hi, I am a British passport holder.

My EP was first issued (for a period of 1 year) in late 2021, and then renewed last year for a period of 2 years. Recently, I checked the full details on my EP by scanning the QR code with the SG Work Pass smartphone app. In the field 'Multiple Journey Visa', it said 'No'.

I phoned both MoM and ICA and they couldn't give me a definite answer why it is so. They said it may be because British passport holders don't need a visa to enter Singapore.

My husband is an Italian passport holder and he does not need a visa to enter Singapore either, but he has 'Multiple Journey Visa: Issued' in his EP details.

The last time I travelled out of, and re-entered Singapore was on my originally issued EP, and I don't remember what the full details were on that one.

My request to fellow British citizens with EPs: could you kindly check and tell me what it says for the field 'Multiple Journey Visa' in your EP details?

Thank you so much.

That's a weird one. Either way I think you're ok.
