Health insurance for foreigner on PEP

Hi all,
I am currently covered under my employer's insurance, but I've been laid off and will be switching over to PEP while I continue to search for jobs in Singapore.
I've already requested for quotes / call backs from the usual guys - Cigna, NTUC, Great Eastern, AIA etc - however would be keen to hear any recommendations on health insurance plans for expats.
During these next few months, I am looking for something simple as a start (just 2 of us, no pre-existing conditions), with the possibility to add on riders as necessary once my situation is a bit more settled.
