Chance of getting pr in sg 2023

About myself
Born in china(chinese)

In sg since i was 6 years old
So total 18 years in sg
Studied primary,secondary,ite nitec n higher nitec n poly here, gonna graduate in a month time
Under tution grant bond ( going work full time soon)
Pr rejected like 3 years ago.
Reapply this few months… wondering what are the chnaces of me getting

Very tough. Best to apply once you work few yrs first. Studying here nowadays dont mean anything.

Chances now should be better than they were three years ago, perhaps you were too young back then. If not approved this time, apply after two years of working.

Actually, that's not true. One of my daughter's best friends was approved for citizenship less than a year ago. She's 19 now, and had been studying in Singapore since primary school (age 6).

Any idea about the education records of your daughter's best friend? Has she got good scores in academics? The reason i ask this is sometimes I hear that students with good academics might be invited or may be approved if it is initiated by the student.
