Singapore Expats

I am on an EP, and I qualify for the One Pass program my employer supports my moving onto the One Pass at the time of renewal. The benefits seem very well articulated on the MoM website, but I wanted to hear if there are cons I need to consider relative to being on EP. Thank you for this forum, and appreciate the advice.

Actually this got me thinking. I am not aware of any other country in the world which gives you a work visa based on your previous years salary in your home country. Does anybody know?
