PR Chances 2023

Hi All
We have recently been considering reapplying for permanent residency (PR) and are seeking some feedback on our chances.
Profile:
I am a 44-year-old male, and my wife is 40 years old. We are Indian nationals. We have an 11-year-old daughter.
I have been employed with a US-based bank as a Senior Product Manager for the past 11.5 years in Singapore, with a salary of approximately $180,000. I hold a Master's Degree along with a few professional qualifications.
My wife is a homemaker but has been actively associated with an NGO for the last 8 years.
Our daughter is currently attending a local school in Primary 5. She is excelling academically, having won several Olympiad exams, and she holds the position of head girl at her school.
We have previously applied for PR on multiple occasions, with our last application being rejected in October 2021.

For the October 2021 decision, how long was the waiting time (when did you apply?) and was your child in the local/MOE school when you applied?
Did you receive a decision for all of the other applications in a similar amount of time (+/-)?

>>It was rejected in 6 months. I applied in April 2021 and received the rejection in October 2021.
Was your child in the local/MOE school when you applied?
>> Yes, she was in Primary 3 at that time, and she gained admission through AEIS 2020 in Primary 2.
Did you receive a decision for all of the other applications in a similar amount of time (+/-)?
>> Rejection times varied between 4.5 months to 8 months , applied 5 times so far.

Was your salary roughly the same in the 2021 application (other than yearly increments)?
Not sure what to say. You can apply shortly (October 2023) or wait another year plus until your kid finishes primary school (PSLE results). You can see what others say; perhaps it is possible but may not be easy either way.
The child can also apply on her own once she receives her PSLE results. If approved, not sure that will make it any easier for you and your wife though.
