Sports, sports clubs and vans

Hi everyone - first post here so hello to you all.
I moved here a few months ago and have been finding my feet.
One thing I enjoy doing is cycling - most usually mountain biking. It would be extremely convenient to have a van (back in the UK I had a V-Class) to take various bikes to places with.
Commercial vehicles are restricted to businesses here in Singapore - however I'm wondering if registered sporting clubs can use them? I'd be happy to setup a club for the group of cyclists with whom I ride, if that meant that I could pick up a ride/race support vehicle.
(The V-Class that I sold back in the UK would be around $400,000 here, so that's not an option).
