LTVP caught working?

If an LTVP is caught working in SG without a LOC, is the sponsor also in trouble if they didn't know?

It the sponsors responsibility to know. So yeah, I reckon the possibility does well exist.

Just curious. Why not just get the LOC. the process is not difficult
