Regarding the money laundering group from China. Just wondering how did they get all their money in to buy properties, cars and other luxury items? Were the banks sleeping?

This current PAP Govt lead by LHL is " slacking . " take for granted from the past credit from LKY Team.
Apparently , obviously things become like this in SG now a days. The current team just Wait for thing to be happen than fix it whereas LKY team last time is for see what will happen Prevent it to be happen.
