Owner not refund rental deposit

Hello All! Sadly I have met crazy landlord (LL) in Singapore and need some advise.
Saw the advertisement of this master room rental in Carousell and the communication continue via whatsapp.
Upon viewing seemed nice, he sent me back home with his car. Upon passing the key and deposit, he offered me to transfer some of my stuff. Guess what's the background he did that, he is trying to stalk where I stayed.
Upon viewing he said (I have all the evidences):
- his mother will come day time but not everyday. Anything with his mum, my end to liaise with him and he will be on my side. Guess what, after moved in, the mother come almost everyday, and he said whatever his mother do is out of his control. He locked 1 room for his mother who is not staying there.
- He will register in hdb. It didn't happen, even after I moved in.
He also didn't register other tenant who already stayed there for one year plus. He only register after dispute.
- I can put things outside my room, he said forever also can, got tenant left already also put things there for few months. Sounds nice right?!? After his mum make noise of things outside room, he is nagging me, when I have family member hospitalized. Common sense, who would entertain such person who can't walk the talk and also having family family member hospitalized and need to take care stroke patient parent?!?
- First day I moved in, the next day the mother come, trespassed my room when am in toilet. Surprised, but then I just locked the door when am inside (after the incident). She also knock my room when am taking nap.
- When I work from home, his mother opened my room with her key and bring neighbor some more trying to trespass my room.
- One day the mother anyhow throw my things that is outside.
- The mother also took/throw my Victorinox knife.
- I put things in the fridge, his mother mess with my things, my fruits gone, new ice cream gone, etc.
- LL tried to trespass my room on Sunday as he unable to make me do what he wanted as it's not as per agreed upon viewing, he is manipulative and bad temper person who scolded his mother with all the bad words. The day before already have argument and I told him to inform in advance when coming as people already have plans and he ruined my plan and gave headache after the dispute. Also it's female environment (other tenant use towel only after shower), to me he is so no manner.
- After that incident, he didn't bug me, but one day issue termination of rental (as if am the bad tenant but the root cause of all this is he can't walk the talk as per agreed).
I have moved out from the unit and now he is giving so many reasons of deducting my deposit become to return 5% only. I also asked him to pay at least mover cost as well as the failure is from his side as intended for long term.
Upon viewing I have mentioned that I want to focus on my parent recovery from stroke and didn't expect any disturbance, but what happened is since day 1 no peace enjoyment staying there.
Please please please help me here with your suggestions and legal points to go against this injustice.
