Is it possible to get IPA extended for one more additional month over previous extension due to health emergency

Hello
I have an IPA for my PEP for which I have got extension for 1 month , My IPA is expiring on 31st Oct , However I need extension for 1 more month as appointment dates are not available in last week of oct.
I could not travel because I am in India because of my father's extremely critical condition and I am the only son and need to be present their for his care. I may be able to travel after 24th Oct.
Need your help to know if it is possible to extend IPA validity for 1 more month ?
