If I visit a private GP today does he have detailed records (time, date, health issue etc.) of my visit made to a different GP last month?

From what I know, the records are not shared between private GPs unlike public polyclinics and hospitals. It will be great if the records are shared in a centralised database.

I believe CHAS registered private clinics are tied into the national database, but I cannot confirm for certain as I usually use the polyclinics.

Even restructured hospitals dont have access to detailed GP records.

We can see only medication dispensed for the most part.

That's part of the goal with HealthierSG, but it's still being rolled out. My old family doc still had everything on paper files, and probably a fair number still do.
