COVID Vaccine requirements for Work Pass

Greetings everyone!
I was recently offered a job at Singapore, but while I was checking the requirements to get a Work Pass, on the MOM's website (
https://www.mom.gov.sg/covid-19-vaccina ... MOM-passes) I found that it is mandatory to be fully vaccinated against the Covid in order to get a work pass.
The problem is, I am not vaccinated nor I wish to be (for personal reasons). Does that mean I have to renounce to this job?
I called the local Singaporean consulate, and they told me that even if in theory the rules are these, in practice they are not enforced, so many non-vaccinated expats could go there and had no problems. Can you confirm that?

I have exactly the same issue and would be grateful for hands-on information about the practice in reality currently.. Whether unvaxxed applicants are rejected work passes right away or how to handle this issue.
Thanks in advance for any information!

We have a new Covid19 wave. I'd expect to see these rules enforced. It's even an issue in Malaysia.

Due to the increasing recognition of MRNA vaccine safety issues I will not be taking any more vaccines.

I agree the Oxford vaccine has issue (Astra Zeneca) but I didn't think the MRNA had issues (apart from rumours and a very small number of injuries)?

Just wanting to see if any updates to this topic. I am in a similar boat and finding it next to impossible to find a doctor in singapore who will verify my exemption from Australia.
any one recommend any doctors or have any advice?
